基於此次合作，Fortis隕石星球交易所將於2026年6月30日正式在链上發行平台代幣JMT。具體安排如下：

1. 資產映射：平台現有資產將按1:1比例映射為JMT代幣，映射價格為每枚2.7美元。
2. 解鎖規則：映射完成後，將發布相應的解鎖機制。JMT將在Ant.fun上線三家主流交易所後線性釋放。
3. 空投獎勵：映射完成後，平台將對持有JMT的錢包地址持續空投ANB代幣，空投總量為1億枚，直至全部發放完畢。

本次併購將為集團注入全新發展動能，顯著提升全球化營運能力及核心市場競爭力。

We sincerely appreciate your continued trust and support for the Fortis Meteorite Planet Exchange. We are pleased to announce the following updates regarding our strategic cooperation.

The Group has officially entered into a strategic partnership and completed the acquisition of Ant.fun (Hong Kong). Ant.fun possesses strong technological research and development capabilities, which will provide robust support for the future development of our platform.

As part of this collaboration, Fortis Meteorite Planet Exchange will officially launch its platform token, JMT, on June 30, 2026. The key arrangements are as follows:

1. Asset Mapping: Existing platform assets will be mapped to JMT tokens at a 1:1 ratio, with a mapping price of 2.7 USD per token.
2. Unlocking Rules: Specific unlocking mechanisms will be announced after the mapping is completed. JMT will be linearly unlocked after Ant.fun is listed on three major exchanges.
3. Airdrop Rewards: After the mapping, ANB tokens will be continuously airdropped to wallet addresses holding JMT. The total airdrop amount is 100 million ANB tokens, which will be distributed until fully allocated.
